Caring for you at Level 2

Please continue to let us know if you have any cold or flu like symptoms when booking an appointment and do not enter the practice if you are unwell – stay outside and phone us.

If you have any cold or flu symptoms, you will need to be triaged by a clinician in order to book an in person appointment and it is likely that this will be conducted in the carpark in your car if possible.

If you are unwell and think you might need a covid swab, we can do that here in the practice carpark, or refer you to a community swabbing facility (CBAC) please call to organise this.

Appointments are available via phone/video/portal. Face to face appointments are available if you require or prefer this, however if you think you do not need an examination, we encourage you to consider a virtual consultation rather than face to face. Screening procedures such as cervical smears can be done at alert level 2

You need to wear a mask, and maintain distance when in the medical centre.

We will continue with our Covid 19 Vaccinations, and encourage you to get a vaccine. If you don’t have yours booked you ca do so online https://bookmyvaccine.covid19.health.nz/ please contact us if you are not able to book online.
